As part of his Capstone Master's project at Columbia University, Chris conceptualized and executed a groundbreaking digital health platform called CoPE (Connected Patient Experience). CoPE, a Public Benefit Company (PBC) or 'B Corp', aimed to revolutionize the healthcare industry by combining the pursuit of finding a cure for life-threatening diseases with the traditional corporate goal of maximizing shareholder profit. This innovative platform focused on enhancing the patient experience while providing medical providers with a competitive edge in delivering superior care.

CoPE’s strategic design encompassed building a robust ecosystem for IoT/wearables, establishing a comprehensive operational and financial framework, and seamlessly integrating HIPAA/HITRUST compliance measures. Following a SaaS growth model known as 'T2D3,' he charted a trajectory to achieve $100M+ ARR in just six years, boasting an impressive Cash-on-Cash ratio of 4.8x and a remarkable 68% IRR. Throughout the project, Chris closely collaborated with a mentor, a Global CIO from the ASPCA, ensuring alignment on strategy and successful delivery.
